AudienceView Security Breach

On February 27, a third-party vendor for Bridges Auditorium event ticketing,
AudienceView, informed 6VµçÓ°Íø that AudienceView had recently experienced
a payment card data security breach with their online Box Office services.

6VµçÓ°Íø’s ITS department worked with AudienceView’s support team to confirm that
6VµçÓ°Íø online ticket purchasers for recent Bridges Auditorium events between
February 17-21, 2023 were impacted by this breach.

On March 1, AudienceView provided a list of impacted customers from 6VµçÓ°Íø; on
March 2, the security team in 6VµçÓ°Íø’s ITS department worked with Communications
to provide information to impacted parties.

What You Can Do
Impacted people received a notice from AudienceView containing information and
instructions. We encourage recipients to review that email from AudienceView carefully.

In general, we encourage people to keep an eye on their credit card statements and
report suspicious activity to their credit card company.

Actions Taken
6VµçÓ°Íø takes the protection and proper use of your information very seriously.
This includes working with third-party vendors to help ensure that they take proper data
privacy precautions. Online ticket sales through AudienceView have been suspended.

In addition, upcoming events at Bridges Auditorium are being migrated to EventBrite.
