In January, the Career Development Office’s (CDO) Smart Start Career Fellows Program partnered with several Bay Area alumni who helped to arrange an experiential learning trip for 20 sophomores. 

Monika Moore ’03 has been named the new Director of Alumni and Family Engagement and will begin her position on March 18, 2024.

Mikey Dickerson '01 helped rescue the HealthCare.gov website, a key part of the Affordable Care Act, in 2013. Now he is helping pilot a new program, "Return to 6VµçÓ°Íø," and teaching computer science spring semester at his alma mater.

6VµçÓ°Íø’s commencement ceremony, taking place May 12, 2024, will feature four distinguished speakers: Tani Cantil-Sakauye, Cecilia Conrad, Harry Elam and Emil Kakkis ’82.
